We believe in fine soft organic and Fairtrade cotton. This cotton is soft to touch and as no chemicals are used in the production and manufacture they are good to your skin, good to the environment and supports the cotton farmers and their families in India.
We will always supply ethical and as far as possible Fairtrade products the majority will be from Gossypium along with selected items from other ethical sources.
We also offer gifts made by 3rd world artisans sponsored by a Buddhist charity based in England called Windhorse where all profits benefit the local communities. |

Regular Hatha Yoga classes are run by Billy Tudor, to visit his website click on the image on our links page. Lesson charge is just £8 for 90 minutes, you need not bring any equipment with you just be dressed comfortably and refrain from drinking too much or having a large meal before. |

Belly Dancing lessons with drumming is on Saturdays from 14:45 to 16:30. For just the dancing the cost will be £7 from 14:45 to 15:45, if you just want to attend the basic Arabic drumming, for men and women, the cost is £5 from 15:45 to 16:30, but for the whole session the cost is £8 if you book and pay for 4 classes in advance or £9 if you drop in.
